These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of HiringTest.ai, operated by Sidekick Software Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
HiringTest.ai provides AI-powered pre-screening assessments for recruiters evaluating candidates' functional AI proficiency. Assessments are 30 minutes, include scenario questions and an AI sandbox task, and produce scored candidate profiles.
Access requires authentication via LinkedIn or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We do not support email/password authentication.
Recruiters agree to use assessment results as one input in their hiring process, not as the sole determinant. Assessment links should only be shared with candidates who have given informed consent to participate. Recruiters must not redistribute, resell, or publicly share individual candidate scorecards without candidate consent.
Candidates agree to complete assessments independently without external assistance beyond what the assessment explicitly permits. Responses must be the candidate's own work. Misrepresentation of identity or use of unauthorized tools may result in flagged or invalidated results.
Scoring, interview prep suggestions, and candidate analysis are generated by AI models hosted on Microsoft Azure (including OpenAI GPT-5.4, Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4.6, and Claude Haiku 4.5 via Azure AI Foundry). These outputs are probabilistic and should be treated as decision-support tools, not definitive judgments. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fairness of AI-generated assessments.
Your data is processed within Azure's infrastructure and is not used to train third-party AI models. See our Privacy Policy for a complete list of sub-processors.
Candidate assessment responses remain the intellectual property of the candidate. Recruiters receive a license to view and use scored results for hiring purposes. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our models and produce market benchmarks.
Role activations are billed via Stripe. Pricing is displayed before purchase. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase if no candidates have completed the assessment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sidekick Software Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to hiring decisions made based on assessment results.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
